The Secondhand Smokers are on fire this year and shall be sweeping up at all the comps we attend... at least that what the organizers say if we don't pay our enrty fees on time.
This is our 3rd year on the local BBQ circuit. The first year we saw how it was done, took notes, built up our arsenal, and learned on the job so to say. We took what we learned for the second year and crawled our way up the rosters at each compitition. People started taking notice... especially the carnies. We also took our show on the road and made our presence known in other states.
So here we are in 2008, our calander is filling up fast. We've been plotting all winter long in our secret basement kitchens, subzero cooks, feeding family and friends and taking notes on thier blissful expressions... 2008, the year of the Rat!!! That has absolutely nothing to do with BBQ!
